1. First you need to know what type of hookah you have.

If you bought it from us, there is a good chance that we also have the right type of vase for you in our range. Log in to your account and find out what type of hookah you have. If you do not know this, please contact us via our Whatsapp service and send us a photo of your hookah.

If you go to the hookah category, and then filter on traditional or modern, you can see what your hookah looks like. The filters also provide a lot more information about the types of hookahs. For example, whether they have a rubber closure or a click or screw closure on the vase. This is good to know when choosing your vase.

Most classic / traditional hookahs close with a rubber vase rubber. This applies, for example, to the Turkish and Egyptian hookahs of the brands El Nefes, Khalil Mamoon and Farida. But also the newer generation of Russian-made hookahs have opted for the classic rubber vase closure.

2. Type of vases & sealing rubbers

If you have a traditional hookah that goes on the vase with a rubber closure, our vases that go with a rubber closure should fit. View a complete overview of hookah vases for a rubber closure here. The only thing you need to pay attention to with this type of vase is the rubber that makes the connection between your hookah and the vase.

This can sometimes have to be larger or smaller than what you have now. For all older generation vases, which are mainly made of glass, close best with this vase rubber. For all new generation vases, which are now mainly made of crystal instead of glass, you need this vase rubber. You can also order our textile tape to make a desired size vase rubber yourself, by taping your stem (rod) to size!
For all screw and click closures, this is often brand specific. So take a look at the brand of your hookah (for example AMY, Oduman, Steamulation or Wookah), and then find the matching type of vase from our website. You can use the filters to sort the vases further by brand, for example!

Note: Always use lukewarm water when rinsing and cleaning your base. Temperatures that are too hot can make the glass weaker and even crack. Bases that break due to incorrect maintenance are not reimbursed by us. To handle it safely use our cleaning powder to keep it shiny, and the base brush to polish your base carefully.
